There are a few new brunch options in town for weekend diners, and the first one is served in one of the secret gardens that we recently featured (though, if it stays this hot out, you may want to stick to the air conditioned interior of this restaurant).
Gran Electrica in Dumbo is launching brunch service this weekend, which includes Mexican dishes like huevos rancheros with a blue corn tortilla. Why not skip your standard Bloody Mary in favor of one of the bar's micheladas (718-852-2700)?

Southern Hospitality BBQ in Hell's Kitchen is launching a Boozy Bluegrass Brunch starting this Sunday. The band Fresh Baked will be on hand from 12:15-3:45 PM to play some tunes, and that banjo music will surely go well with dishes like chicken and waffles and smoked brisket hash. For the boozers out there, there's also a deal on unlimited bellinis or Bloody Marys for $11.95 (212-265-1000).
