The ship will berth in NYC and make weekly trips to Bermuda - Zakarian promises that he'll be on board at some points to greet guests, create more intimate dinners for select guests and perform cooking demonstrations. The eatery will have an area for wine and oysters dubbed Raw Bar (we wonder if they catch the stuff as they steam on) and there will be a more casual concept attached to it that will be called Ocean Blue on The Waterfront. NYC restaurateurs partnering with cruise lines is a bit of a trend, with Le Cirque also dishing out their fare to nautical travelers on Holland American lines.
