Rustic L.E.S. today (look for it to appear in a NY1 video next week!) and scoped out the cozy 19-seat space. The new French-Moroccan eatery is brought to you by the folks behind the popular
Bistro Truck, which has been slinging sandwiches on wheels for the last 3.5 years. Owner
Yassir Raouli says after a plumbing inspection next Tuesday, the place should be ready to roll within a few days. Expect a meat-heavy menu with items like grilled lamb liver crepinette and deep fried sweet breads. Rustic L.E.S. is located at 124 Ridge Street.
