|The Gin Gin Mule|
If you're into Mules - we mean the cocktail made with vodka (typically), ginger beer and lime - then the Roof on Wilshire's Mule cocktail menu is a must. There's the classic vodka mule, one with tequila and cassis, and our favorite, the simple gin mule with mint and lime, all made with spicy homemade ginger beer. It's the perfect sipper on that breezy rooftop patio (one of our favorites in LA), and a great accompaniment to Eric Greenspan's chimichurri fried calamari. Available daily (6317 Wilshire Blvd.; 323-852-6002).
