Lately there seems to be a rash of news stories involving customers' insane reactions to receiving the wrong food order. A few have
dialed 911, others have even gone so far as to
crash their car into a Taco Bell drive-thru window. Well the latest incident in this disturbing trend comes from the other side of the counter - a Del Taco staffer allegedly
stabbed a customer for complaining about a messed up order. 28-year-old Del Taco employee Gabriel Villalba who worked at the Hemet, California location got into a dispute with a customer over an order shortly before 2AM. Villalba is then said to have stabbed the customer after the confrontation escalated. The victim has serious, not fatal injuries as a result.
Personally, we'd be curious to see how the exchange went from ordering a few late-night tacos to a psychotic stabbing. Have you ever witnessed an act of fast-food violence? Let us know in the comments. [via
