Does Matchbox make your list?
While there are a whole slew of pizza newcomers tempting DC diners, the following five spots won over voters in the last survey. Is your favorite missing? Go give it some voting love!

  4. Fireworks should also make the cut - they've got great ingredients, like the lamb sausage with feta and balsamic glaze, which is to die for!!

  5. To me, the Italian Store in Arlington has the best pizza, but it is not a restaurant so you have to take it to an outside table, your car or home.

  8. 2 Amy's is by far the best. I drive 2 1/2 hrs each way for this pizza.

  10. Strong second for Pupatella, best pizza in the area. Order the burrata special, perfect toppings on a perfect crust.
