Darby Launches Supper Deal, Wall Street Farmers Market Returns

If you like to get your supper-club action in on the early side, The Darby just announced a deal that should appeal to you. The restaurant has rolled out a $45 pre fixe menu from 5:30 to 7:30 PM every Monday through Saturday from now until Labor Day. The selection features some of chef Alex Guarnaschelli's most popular dishes, including the Darby Waldorf salad and a seared filet of beef. Be sure to time your meal so you can enjoy the restaurant's live music, which starts at 7 PM nightly.

FiDi residents on the hunt for fresh fruits and veggies just got a new option with the return of the farmer's market outside of the Andaz Hotel, which is coming back for a third year. The market, which will set up shop outside the Wall Street property every Wednesday and Saturday starting on June 13, will feature produce, cheese and dairy products from Hudson Valley farms along with prepared goods like jams and artisanal soaps. It will run from 8 AM to 3 PM and will also provide produce for Wall & Water, the hotel's farm-to-table restaurant.
