Chef Daniel Boulud's empire just got a little bigger with the opening of Maison Boulud, a new eatery in the Ritz Carlton Montreal. Boulud, who has restaurants in cities ranging from London to Miami to Singapore, operates another outpost of Maison Boulud in Bejing. The French menu contains items like roasted corn-fed chicken breast with morels, turnips, baby leeks, potatoes and foie gras terrine, with rhubarb, pistachio and homemade brioche.
