Silver Lake, the new oyster hub of LA? Why not. There's a body of water nearby.
Cliff's Edge, the wonderfully hidden French-leaning restaurant with chef Ben Bailly at the helm, will add an oyster bar on the patio beginning June 14. Varieties will change regularly with a shucker right there to pop them open per order. Look for a new selection of white and sparkling wines, and new cocktail pairings, to go along with them.
