Chris Cosentino (Incanto, Boccalone) is an outspoken foie gras advocate, but his heart belongs to pigs, not ducks. And he plans to share his obsession with netizens in a new web series to be aired on YouTube's Hungry channel later the summer. In the 1.5 minute-long trailer, Cosentino is seen hauling, butchering and cooking his beloved, which he calls “the magical animal.” On the show, to be called "Pork You", he plans to explore how different cultures around the world prepare porcine pleasures. He starts the sharing off by revealing two of his favorite ways to enjoy pig at breakfast time (talk about pigs in a blanket); Dynamo Donut’s bacon and apple donut with coffee and “pigs brains on toast…with bacon and capers…perfect!” Check out the full trailer in which he credits everything he does to the mighty pig after the jump.
