Chow Town Lineup Released for Lollapalooza

In addition to the schedule of musical acts, another important announcement was made today regarding Lollapalooza. The list of vendors at Chow Town, the alternative to mainstream festival fare curated by Graham Elliot, has some culinary heavy hitters.

Elliot will be returning with his lobster corn dogs and truffle popcorn. Other restaurants serving at the festival include Kuma’s Corner, Franks ‘n’ Dawgs, Do-Rite Donuts and Goose Island Brewpub. For ethnic eats there will be Chizakaya, Mecat a la Planxa and Suzy Samosa. Finally, the farmers market returns with Seedling fruit, Bruckow Cheese and Puffs of Doom.
