We chatted with British restaurant critic Jay Rayner this morning via Google+ Hangout on a number of topics in addition to getting the inside scoop on his new ebook, My Dining Hell: Twenty Ways to Have a Lousy Night Outwhich compiles his 20 most gruesome restaurant takedowns. Our favorite quote was Jay's sarcastic/hilarious response when asked about his feelings on foie gras: "You have to know that as a child, I was tortured by geese...they would pursue me 'round the garden and they bloody hurt when they peck you.
