|Oringer and Bissonnette|
Big news coming out of Beantown, and this one should get NYC eaters excited. Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette are the duo behind restaurants like Toro and the excellent Coppa, and they are bringing a branch of the former to Chelsea. The outpost will open in 85 10th Avenue, which also houses Colicchio and Sons and Del Posto, making it one of the best addresses for dining in NYC. Like the restaurant in Boston's South End, traditional and modern Spanish tapas will be served, and (as per the norm these days) the eatery will dish use locally sourced ingredients. The new opening is a ways out, with reps for the resto saying that it should touch down in fall.
