Best Thing We Ate Near London: Sir Charles Napier's Rack of Spring Lamb

A sunny weekend and over crowded London parks sent us on a road trip to Sir Charles Napier - a charming family-run restaurant in Oxfordshire with a magical garden leading into the woods.

Ingredients are all seasonal, fresh and whenever possible locally sourced. We had the lobster followed by this rack of spring Oxfordshire lamb with minted broad beans and wild garlic broth  - followed by a much needed nap on the grass.
