Our favourite? A crusty mozzarella and tomato pizza topped with chargrilled zucchini, salted ricotta and wild rocket and then lightly drizzled with truffle oil. The wood fire technique gives the delicate pizza base a crispy lightness but leaves the centre soft but not soggy.
It tastes and smells like the Mediterranean summer holiday we all wish we were on.
