Pete Wells of the NYTimes fell for Il Buco Alimentari e Vinera over a handful of chickpeas, in an infamous three-star review back in February. At the time we weren't sure what all the fuss was about, but we have to say we had similarly strong feelings for the pine nut "granola" we sampled atop a plate of ricotta and sugar snap peas this weekend. The creamy, airy ricotta is foiled by the crispy toasted pine nut mixture and sweet and crunchy sugar snap peas.
