Lynch’s fare will not only be added to the menu, but she is also now the consulting chef for the aquarium's many social and professional functions, of which there are many. "We're one of the more popular destinations for all kinds of events," says Tony Lacasse, the aquarium's spokesman. "We do about 150 events a year, about 40 weddings and receptions."
Lynch owns and operates No. 9 Park, B & G Oysters, The Butcher Shop, Sportello and Menton.
The Reef is a seasonal outdoor restaurant on Long Wharf at the aquarium. It is open 11:30 AM-10 PM, daily during the summer (617-973-5200).
