When the warm weather descends on NYC, everyone heads to the elevators and hits the button for the penthouse. The Big Apple is awash with awesome rooftop restaurants and watering holes, and this season there are some exciting newcomers raising the sky-high bar even higher. Our slideshow below chronicles some of the best new top-floor action in town, and we've also thrown in a few old favorites that are offering new twists.
