-Service has long been the most common complaint in our annual restaurant surveys, but is it getting better out there? Looking at these statistics, the answer is yes. While 66% of survey respondents said that service is their number one complaint according to our 2012
America's Top Restaurants guide, that's actually down from 72% from the surveys five years ago. This not insignificant drop surely is not a coincidence - maybe restaurants are slowly but surely upping their game?
