For this week's NY1 video, we're exploring a pop-up restaurant of sorts housed within a design space called Kinfolk Studios in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Frej is a three-night-a-week eatery serving up an affordable small plates tasting menu that focuses on local ingredients and takes flavor cues from a few Scandinavian cuisines, among others.
