Brian Poe is aiming for a mid-June opening of Brian Poe’s Tip Tap Room, a “tip”-focused place on Beacon Hill, according to Bostonchefs.com.
The menu will offer the likes of elk, yak, turkey, chicken, steak and lamb tips, to be paired with an extensive selection of brews. An open kitchen is part of the redesign.
Brian Poe made a name for himself by giving the American cuisine at The Rattlesnake on Boylston Street, showcasing a southwest touch with special tacos, quesadillas and more.
The Tip Tap Room will be at 183 Cambridge St., Boston.
