Rosie's Place Fete at Fenway on May 9

Rosie’s Place, an organization that helps homeless women find shelter and work to get back on their feet, is holding its annual Safe and Sound Spring Gala on May 9 at Fenway Park.

The event showcases dishes from some of the city’s top chefs, including Andy Husbands (Tremont 647), Gordon Hamersley (Hamersley’s Bistro), Joanne Chang (Myers + Chang, Flour Bakery + Cafe), Mary Dumont (Harvest) and Jay Murray (Grill 23). Ruby Wines will provide the drinks, and the live and silent auctions will hold some great prizes (6-10 PM; Gate A and EMC Club; $500 per ticket; 617-422-9322 or click here to order tickets online).
