L'Espalier Pairs Fine French Food with Knights Bridge Wines

On May 16, gather round for a five-course, elegant tasting of Sonoma County-based Knights Bridge wines paired with chef Frank McClelland’s fine French cuisine at L’Espalier in the Back Bay.


The menu includes spring pea ragout with Georges Bank scallops paired with Sauvignon Blanc; Casco Bay lobster with white asparagus paired with a Chardonnay; Archer Angus sirloin with zitoni pasta gratin paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon, a cheese course (another Cab) - and of cousre dessert (7 PM; $150, all inclusive; 617-262-3023).
