What's the best restaurant in Austin? According to our recent Texas Restaurants survey, it's
Uchi, chef Tyson Cole's sushi-slinging gem. Well, on May 30 at 3 PM EST we're giving you a behind the scenes look at how Cole stays on the top of his game. We've partnered with Google Offers to bring you this Google+ hangout, which will go inside the kitchen and detail Cole's process for selecting new menu options. The chefs from the Uchi team will present dishes for potential inclusion on the menu, and Cole will evaluate them live on camera.
Hangout participants will have the chance to ask question as this process unfolds (it's never been seen by the public until now). If you want to participate,
