The wait is over. Central Kitchen, the much-awaited sequel from Flour + Water's Thomas McNaughton, David White and David Steele, opened its doors last Thursday. Unlike Flour + Water, there’s no pizza or pasta, and the chef looks to modern-day California, not old-world Italy, for their culinary muse.
