The first at Milk & Honey Café starts at 6 PM. It previews the burgers, bourbon and beer night that will take place every Monday, starting June 5, at Publican Quality Meats. The menu, created by chefs from Big Star and PQM, includes the signature burger with spicy dill relish, caramelized red onion and Bongard cheese or the "café" burger with plum tomatoes, bacon and Gorgonzola spread. Beer from Greenbush Brewery will be served by the bottle or bucket.
Later at Barcito (located inside Tavernita) the man himself will make Kahan-style tapas. He is second of many guest chefs in the “Amigos de Pintxos” series that invited chefs to put their unique spin on Spanish small bites every other Monday. From 8-10 PM, enjoy all-you-can-eat pinxtos for $20 as well as tunes selected by the stellar chef.
