  1. The Duck Tongue Tacos at Extra Virgin in Kansas City (Chef Michael Smith) are just fabulous - actually featured on "the best thing I ever ate" by Chef Curtis Stone on Food Network - a rack of four of them are served for just $10 and the with over 400 choices, a wine pairing is a cinch!
