Chicken and Waffles Served All Day at Sable Kitchen and Bar

Fried chicken soaked in buttermilk with a crispy skin and juicy center, what can be better? Put it on top of a slightly sweet, fluffy waffle, and smother it all with bourbon maple syrup that ties the flavors together into one bite of Southern-style heaven. Done.


This is only one of the dishes on Heather Terhune’s acclaimed menu of New American plates at Sable Kitchen and Bar - previously only available for dinner. When diners and critics demanded more tuna tartare tostados and house smoked pork spare ribs, Terhune delivered with an all-day menu that's debuting today.

Expect starters such as mini wild mushroom burgers with red onion jam and goat cheese, brick oven flatbreads, fish, veggies and meats. It will be served from 11 AM until close alongside bartender Mike Ryan’s classically-inspired cocktail program.
