Bompas and Parr Edible Crazy Golf Arrives at Selfridges

Food artists Sam Bompas and Harry Parr (two of our 30 Under 30 Hottest Up-and-Comers) have revealed their latest culinary spectacle: edible crazy golf and (very) high tea on the roof of Selfridges. 

The nine-hole cake-themed golf course features piped icing versions of London landmarks including Buckingham Palace, St. Paul's Cathedral and the Gherkin. And even the score card smells of Bakewell tart thanks to a clever micro-technology system.


Hungry? Perfect, because there is also a sunny Daylesford Organic pop-up cafe on the rooftop, serving everything from tea, cake and strawberries to artisan sandwiches and fresh-from-the-market salads.

They are open until September, but ticket sales are staggered (the next lot will go on sale on June 15) and there will also be some space for walk-ins. See our slideshow below for pictures from the opening, and keep your fingers crossed it doesn't rain.
