The Best Thing We Ate This Week: Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Schnitzel

Notting Hill's Granger & Co is mostly known for a fantastic weekend brunch  - and the fantastically long queues associated with it.

This week we opted for dinner instead and found there is more to the restaurant than the ever popular full Australian breakfast. We discovered this practically perfect Parmesan-crusted chicken schnitzel served with crunchy fennel salad and lightly flavoured lemon mashed potatoes.

Oh, and it's also on the brunch menu, if you are thinking of braving the queue.

  1. That sounds absolutely wonderful... though a bit of a long ride for dinner. Must try and find a recipe to fake it.
