We’ve traveled to some pretty down-home authentic BBQ joints - from Texas to Florida - and we have to say Sweet Cheeks Q, the Fenway joint by Top Chef's Tiffani Faison, definitely holds its own.
We’re particularly sweet on the slow-smoked pulled pork sandwich served with homemade pickles and sliced onion, just like they do in the heartland. Oh, and the biscuits? We could make a meal out of them alone.

Kentucky Derby goers: Look for Faison at the third annual Taste of the Derby, May 3, at Churchill Downs in Louisville, KY. She’s the only chef representing Boston - with a Southern twist, of course. Her dish: Sweet Cheeks Q fluffy biscuits with lobster butter.
