In recent months, it appears that a new ramen restaurant is opening in just about every neighborhood in LA, from Hollywood to Santa Monica. Fortunately, a steaming bowl of this Japanese staple is comforting, fun to eat and a good cheap-eats option. Even the most flavorful, satisfying order, loaded with pork, noodles, egg and scallion, will only set you back about $10 to $12 - and in some cases is enough for two to share.
