Between the $1,250 a head tribute dinner down in Pebble Beach last weekend to rare, raw insight on the famous chef’s lost years in LA, the foodie-verse is aflutter with all things Thomas Keller. What about Thomas' right had man? Jeff Cerciello? Very surprised Farmshop didn't make this list as he is one of the biggest veterans of TKs army of protégés.
ReplyDeleteSince chef Cerciello is now in Southern California, he wasn't included since this focuses on Bay Area based restaurants. Definitely a noteworthy Thomas Keller veteran though!
DeleteThe information for Parallel 37 is the same information included for Morimoto Napa.
ReplyDeleteIt's now fixed. Thanks.
DeleteNB: Parallel 37 is in SF in the Ritz Carlton; address listed above is a typo.
ReplyDeleteAt Benu, we spent $500 for a dinner for two and left hungry. Sorry, but the portions were o artfully prepared tht somebody forgot to realize that the goal is to actually feed people!
ReplyDeletedovetail nyc?
ReplyDeleteCheck out Ryan Fancher's work at Barn Diva in Healdsburg. Top quality food in a venue that ranges from traditional dining room to lovely outdoor space to gallery at prices well below the stratospheric levels of the alumni establishments you mention in this piece.
