To celebrate its second anniversary, Tony's Darts Away is throwing an all-day beer festival, overflowing from the inside space onto a temporary outdoor patio, with an ongoing selection of brews by in-house "beer champion" Paige Reilly, including Cuvee de Tomme, Supplication, Sucaba and more, and dishes like jailhouse tacos, and sausages both vegan and otherwise ($30 per person; 818-253-1710).

The California All-Stars take place at Wally's from 1-4 PM today, a tasting of some 200 wines from Napa and Sonoma - including major names like Cakebread, Trefethen, Caymus, Duckhorn and Stag's Leap - poured under a big top tent in Wally's parking lot, with small dishes from Wally's Cheese Box, Let's Be Frank and T's California BBQ ($50 per person at the door; 310-475-0606).

Knock yourself out with a Triple B Romp 'n' Stomp at Buffalo Fire Department (with Triple B standing for bourbon, BBQ and blues) from noon-6 PM, along with microbrews for those who try not to consume bourbon till after dark ($75 per person; 310-787-7501).
