In other launch news, today California-based chain Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf continues its expansion with a new location on the Upper East Side. Formerly the restaurant Wicker Park, the space boasts its original wood bar along with a custom tea and coffee cellar, an outdoor patio and "locker service" for the mugs of its regular customers (1469 3rd Ave.; 212-535-1022).
