Sausage-Making with Coppa Chef Jamie Bissonnette

Going out for hot dogs not enough? Learn to make your own sausage with Jamie Bissonnette when he presents “Linked In: A Night of Sausages”, April 23 at the Boston Center for Adult Education. Bissonnette is chef/co-owner of Coppa in the South End and was recently named “Best Chef” by Food & Wine Magazine.
