It’s that time of year when well-heeled winos, Food Network stalkers and golf buffs converge at what’s arguably the Pacific Coast’s most picturesque perch - The Inn at Spanish Bay and its Pebble Beach environs - for a chance to wine, dine and watch their favorite chefs getting buzzed on the links. This year’s talents include some big timers like Daniel Boulud (Daniel), Thomas Keller (French Laundry) and Geoffrey Zakarian (The Lamb’s Club) as well as some younger turks such as Jason Fox (Commonwealth) and even 30 Under 30 talent Perry Hoffman (Etoile).
Such privileges don’t come cheap, and many of the most sought-after events are already sold out, but if you’ve got the green (or this is your foodie splurge for the year), head to the website and grab tickets today. The Lexus Grand Tastings ($195 per person) on Saturday and Sunday, April 14-15, showcasing tastes from over 25 chefs and 200 wineries under one tent, are worth the drive down the PCH alone (just remember to bring a designated driver for the return trip home or book a room).

Insider’s Tip: you can still score tix for some of the sold-out events (such as the opening-night reception and after-hours party) if you pony up for the “Weekend Package” deal, which, at this date, might be the way to go.
