Following the departure of
Skye Gyngell from
Petersham Nurseries Cafe,
new blood has been shipped in, in the form of Aussie chef
Greg Malouf.
Greg ran the highly successful
MoMo restaurant in Melbourne (which
closes when he leaves at the end of March), and has written six award
winning cookbooks. He's also been a guest chef at Petersham on a
number of previous occasions, so hopefully the move from sunny
Melbourne to slightly less sunny Richmond won't come as such a shock.
