Gillray’s Steakhouse & Bar Beefs Up the London Marriott County Hall

With expansive riverside views of the London Eye and across the Thames to Parliament, the London Marriott County Hall's airy, high-ceilinged dining room has been given a plush, very English look (chesterfield sofas, chandeliers et al.) to go with its new tenant, Gillray’s Steakhouse & Bar. The pricey menu blends seafood classics with cuts from Hereford cattle reared on the Duke of Devonshire's sprawling Yorkshire estate, plus there's a dignified bar stocked with nearly 40 different gins.
