Quote of the Day: Legendary Restaurateur Keith McNally Is Not a Fan of Celebrity Chefs

"Because celebrity chefs are usually vain, temperamental, self-regarding, lazy, and arrogant beyond. As are celebrities in general. I just wish I were brave enough to bar them from my restaurants. A velvet rope, perhaps."

  1. Being arrogant has nothing to do with fame or status. It has something to do with who you are as a person, regardless of the type of industry you are in or the walk of life you come from! That's why personality and character of the people in charge of the company or in charge of the kitchen in your case plays an important role in the success of the restaurants operations.
