It’s World Water Week, and thousands of restaurants across the country have once again teamed up with UNICEF on their annual Tap Project fundraiser. The concept is simple: find a participating NYC restaurant here and, when you dine, donate $1 for your tap water. Proceeds will go to help the organization provide clean drinking water to children across the globe.
