Neal Fraser Considering a Hot Dog Stand

While chef Neal Fraser (Grace, BLD) deals with delays on Grace in the Rectory at St. Vibiana's in Downtown LA, we've has discovered that he's filling his time creating a new hot dog concept. A very hush, hush hot dog concept. No word on the notion or the location. But Neal's wife and partner, Amy Knoll, writes, that: "I can confirm that it's true but all I can tell you otherwise is that it's about the bun and the dog."
