Holy Guacamole, It's Mexican Food Week!

This week, we're headed south-of-the-border for a series of articles on Mexican food. OK, by "south-of-the-border," we actually mean we're going to that place with the cheap margaritas on the corner, but you catch our drift. Stay tuned for all things Mexican - chips and guac, burritos, tequila, more tequila - we bet you're drooling already. Even Taco Bell may make an appearance, although it's a doubtful that their neon-orange Dorito shell is really that authentic. The countdown starts now - tres, dos, uno.... While reading, we suggest hiring a mariachi band to stand by your computer and play some tunes for full effect.
