Calling all savvy diners! We're smack in the middle of surveys for many of the most food-tastic cities in the world, and we'd love to know your thoughts on their restaurant scenes. For some voting inspiration, we've compiled the ultimate guide to eating in these locales, calling out the No. 1 winners for a whole slew of cuisine types. Have strong opinions about the best pizza in New York? How about the best Chinese in San Francisco, the best burger in Los Angeles, the best Italian in Philly, the best steak in DC or the best Indian in London?     EAT in Hilton Head, SC is over the top.
    Allen SUsser's Burger Bar in Jupiter has the best martinis and burgers in Florida.

  2. Best pizza in south Florida? Steve's in Boca Raton followed closely by Tucci's, also in Boca Raton.

    Great little place that no one knows about and has awesome comfort food in south Florida? Lucille's in Weston (not the same as Lucille's BBQ)

  5. When in portland oregon you must try aviary or le pigeon. the food is the best that the city has to offer and that says a lot.

  6. Best Italian food anywhere is Gianni's in Pompano Beach Florida. The Garlic rolls are spectacular and the lunch is the best value around. Onece you try it you will be hooked

  7. For me Amaya is the best Indian restaurant of London. Spacious wirth wonderful decor and extremely attentive staff. The menu is tempting to always choose more than you ought to. Grilled food is exquisite.

  9. Best subs in Madison, WI are Capriotti's, 2 locations, Junction Rd. (far west side) and Regent St at Park St (campus area) They are absolutely delicious and a fantastic amount of food for the price. There are several all across the US in several cities. Be sure to check them out!
