You might remember chatter about a new food reality show on Bravo called
Around the World in 80 Plates a few months back. Well, the folks at Bravo have announced a premiere date of May 9 (at 10PM ET/PT) and the full cast list just this morning! Kaboom. Just to refresh your memory, the show will be hosted by chefs
Curtis Stone and
Cat Cora and the concept is like a mash-up of
Top Chef and
The Amazing Race, following 12 chefs over 40 days across 10 countries including Argentina, China, England, France, Italy, Morocco and more. The contestants will travel to a different city and learn the culture/cuisine and then compete in two cooking challenges to test out their skills.
