The Best Thing We At Last Night: Grilled Jerk Corn at Miss Lily's

The scene at Serge Becker's Jamaican Greenwich Village haunt Miss Lily's isn't all that's notable - the grilled jerk corn continues to impress during repeat visits.

We know what you're thinking, yes, it's glorified corn on the cob, it's been done before, who cares. But, we swear, this one gives CafĂ© Habana's a run for its money. It's perfectly grilled, slathered with butter, has a hint of heat, and the toasted coconut provides some nice texture and compliments the sweetness of the corn. Add some lime to provide acid and bam, suddenly you find yourself ordering round two. Don't say we didn't warn you.
