San Francisco has plenty of distinct neighborhoods, and it's not just geography that sets them apart - it's the food. From fancy French spots to tasty Thai, there's plenty on offer, but only one eatery can be the best in each 'hood. Click through the slideshow to see which restaurants come out on top, and keep in mind our SF Restaurants survey is currently live. Make sure your neighborhood favorites get the recognition they deserve - vote here!

Not that it's a big deal but the picture posted for Cafe Jacqueline is definitely not Cafe Jacqueline. I have no idea what restaurant that picture depicts.
ReplyDeleteThey posted the picture of Capinnina twice.
DeleteYeah, I actually noticed that only after I had posted my comment (but I don't know how to rescind and edit comments after they have been published).
DeleteOnly somebody who has never lived in SF could think that Unions St is in the the Haight/Cole Valley - basic errors like this undermine the credibility of the entire review.
ReplyDeleteOh! So, there is only the one Capannina on Union Street. I thought that maybe they had opened another location and I just didn't know about it yet. Yeah, those two neighborhoods don't even abut each other. I couldn't agree more with your observation.
