Last year, we put together a list of New York's hottest food-industry up and comers and dubbed it 30 Under 30. This year, we're set to make sure restaurant workers in other cities get their due, and Chicago is next on our list. Know a twenty-something chef that will be the talk of the town a few years down the line? Is there a young bartender who is mixing up the city's beverage scene in new and interesting ways? Well, we want to know about them - be it front or back of house, we're sure the windy city has plenty of folks that should get attention.
