Michel Richard has just announced his ambitious plans for the Atlantic City's
Revel resort. He'll ante up with two new concepts -
O Bistro and Wine Bar and
The Breakfast Room - as well as opening a third location of his French-American bistro
Central, complete with a toppling plate sculpture, lobster burger and 72-hour short ribs. O Bistro, overlooking the ocean, will be a lively, loungey spot for fancy drinks, wine, signature snacks, specialty burgers and fancy desserts. The Breakfast Room will be open in the AM (only) for eat-in and grab-and-go options ranging from filet mignon to French toast crème brûlée.
