Léon De Bruxelles Makes Its Debut in London

London’s limited ranks of Belgian eateries are boosted by the arrival of Léon De Bruxelles, the first U.K. outpost of a 119-year-old, family-owned Flemish institution (with a 67-strong presence across France) that offers a simple formula of mussels, frites and micro-brewed beers, along with other earthy brasserie fare (think carbonarde flamande and waffles); the bright, simply attired digs on Cambridge Circus have leather banquettes, wooden floors and marble tables.
